Morro da Careca, a huge sand dune with a 50 degree incline.
Undercover police are constantly watching the dune to make sure nobody goes on it. If you do, you will be thrown in jail for several years. Too bad the police don't patrol the actual city streets to prevent carjackings and robberies. But a sand dune eroding is a big problem I guess.
