Hiking from the sub-tropics to the world's highest pass, 5416 meters (17,769 feet) above sea level.
We followed the Marsyangdi River for our first few days.
The river, with a peak at the mountains.
One of many suspension bridges.
Entering the Manang district with our trekking buddies.
The river was low at this point.
Goats. Many herders live in the area.
Until we reached Manang, we had to walk on the road around one quarter of the time.
Ahh, rest time!
Thankfully, the road was on the other side of the river for the most part.
One of many ACA checkpoints.
On day 3 we reached Dharapani.
Let's hit the road.
A small waterfall.
We had some beautiful walks through the forest.
It was still quite hot, and we were sweating up a storm.
