A very bad man indeed. He started killing kids and setting buildings on fire when he himself was a teenager. After a few years in jail, the police figured he was reformed and let him go. Soon after, he went on another killing spree and was sent to Ushuaia for life. They cut off his ears there, but legend has it that they grew back.
